I called the REAL Wells Fargo Dealer Services and they confirmed that this is a scam company who claim to be located in Rosevile, ca. And mind you there is a real Wells Fargo dealer svcs located in Roseville, but this is not the real one. The Real Wells Fargo dealer number is 916.780.2300. There are no business listings for 916.780.2304 in the yellow pages!! I recommend calling the 800 number of the legit Wells Fargo and talking to someone from there. From the info. we got from the LEGIT Wells Fargo Dealer Svcs, they told me that they have had several complaints from this number and fake company and it is in the process of investigation. These people have been calling my home daily even several times a day and even sent someone to my house with a letter trying to get our personal information! They try to interrogate you over the phone to get your debit information, they tell you your account number, name, address and the car you drive to get you to think that they are legit, BEWARE they are fake!!! And the funniest part about this is I have NEVER made a late payment!!!!!!

Suzanne said: I suspected telemarketer as the person on the other end of the phone did not "click" on until I said hello twice. They were looking for my husband but when I said where are you calling from, he didn't reply to the question, just asked again...."is Ken home". When I asked who's calling, he said "I don't like your tone" and hung up. I'm furious with these companies that feel they don't have to identify themselves yet harass you in your own home, on a line we pay for. It shouldn't happen. I didn't even have a chance to say "take me off your list". Irritating to say the least.
