Caller ID: Georgia

I have now answered 2 calls from this number. Both times a recording informs me this is my final notice to act on an offer from cardmember services to lower my rate to 6 point something percent. This time I punched 9 as directed to be transferred to an agent. My intention was to be removed from the list. A man with a heavy Indian accent in a noisy call center then asked whether I would like him to access my Mastercard or Visa account. Of course I was not nearly crazy enough to volunteer an account number to him! He was probably phishing for numbers to scam me. At no point was there ever any indication that this came from a legitimate named bank or company.

When I pick up, caller asked for Mrs. (last name). When I asked who was calling, he hung up. Caller ID said "Georgia)".

Called at 11:30 pm. No one responded when I answered the phone.

I was called today from this number on my home phone and the person on the other end asked for me by name.  When I said they were speaking to me they hung up.  Very strange and a little scary.

There was an automated message and then a women asked for my mother in a rude tone shortly after the message...........wierd.....
