I asked him the name of his company and he said Microsoft; I asked him where he was located he said Virginia. At that point I knew it was a fraud so hung up. Immediately, call came back and the same voice said he was returning my call as we got disconnected. He wanted to help me with a virus notice appearing on my computer. I did not give him my phone number as it was blocked so he already had my phone number. I told him this was not Microsoft and he was a fraud, at which time he hung up. We have computer virus protection and when my husband checked, there was no virus invading our computer. 1-844-891-8934 kept calling us back for hours and we did not answer the phone. Beware, THIS IS A BIG FRAUD TRYING TO MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE MICROSOFT. Don't be sucked in. I checked my Fios TV hook-up and it indicated that call came out of Tennessee.

(This is definitely a SCAM!) He ask how close was the nearest Western Union, post office, and bank. He also asked a number of personal questions. Anyway, he said he would call me back tomorrow with instructions at 10:00a.m. Or 10:15 a.m. And if he didn't call back at that time, then I should call his cell phone # 1-867-378-6862. ( I checked this number and it's a Jamaica #...definitely not calling this A...H... back!)
