Steve said: It's Redstone College in Denver. Look them up on the web to get their "real" number, call, and tell them to take you off their mailing list. Also, my phone number is listed on the Federal Do Not Call Registry. I told them that if I got one mre call (and hang up) from them, I would be filing a formal complaint with the Federal Do Not Call Registry. I suggest that everyone who has been inundated with these calls and hang ups, do the same. If the Feds get enough complaints, Redstone College gets a HUGE fine! I bet that would make them stop!
A.B. said: I have received numerous calls from this number over the past couple of days to my cell phone #. The time I listed here is the latest call. They have called 5 times today alone & they called a few times yesterday as well. If I haven't answered, they have not left a message. If I answered there was nothing on the other end for a little while & then it hangs up. I have tried to call the number myself, only to get it to ring a few times & then goes to a crazy sound (kind of like a fax machine).

I suspect that this phone belongs to a burglar who cases homes by calling them to see if they are at home.
I hope that none of us has our home broken into, but if that happens we have a suspect.

JO said: I answered the call and no one was there. So I called the number and NCO came on line and said they were calling on behalf of Capital One. I asked them why they were calling me and they would not tell me without me divulging my credit card info. I refused and called Capital One and they checked with NCO. Apparently NCO said that some guy (not me) owed money and had given my cell phone number out. Capital One said they would remove my number from the NCO records. It is outrageous that Capital One employs a shady debt collector to use harassing calls to collect debts at the expense of its innocent customers. Capital One and NCO should not employ these methods and both companies suck.
