Phone Caller Type: Collection Agency

It is a bill collector. I thought the government would come and bail me out
like they are doing for everyone else....note to bill collector: call government to collect my debt.

Said they are from a collection company.

They call every hour, from 8am till 9pm.  I sometimes answer their calls, but no one is ever there.  Once in awhile a real person will be on the phone stating its Chase about my Circuit City credit card.

Someone by the name John called my place of employment, when I answered the phone he immediately calls me a " dead beat" and said he will see me in court. What kind of mess is this! I am so upset!

CRA woman became agitated when i asked for her address, refused, said she'd only been calling for a month, that they were not a collection agency but a 'mediation service.'  supervisor Stephanie Martin came on line, said they'd never called me before today, i'd be taken off list.  i said i'd been trying to stop calls for a year and a half.  also refused address then hung up.

This is a collection agency.

Yeah i got a call, looked it up, the area code is from wash DC.. all i got was a hello out of the guy before he hung up or something

BOA card services AKA collections department... When you call this number back from a different phone it says the number is not active. If you call from the number it called you own it connects you to an agent.  Not sure how they do it.. but that's what happens.

A gentleman by the name of Robert Cohen has been harassing myself and my staff continuously.  We have  a honest dispute with a vendor, have hired a an attorney and are looking to resolve the matter.  However; this individual continues to call, insult and harass our offices-    He uses unfair and un ethical collection tactics.  Part of his process is to SCREAM insults and bullying tactics. .    

If you are a victim of this gentleman's tactics; I encourage you to contact the FL state attorneys office and report him.  As of 12/11/08 his company has 4 Federal suits pending for this type of harassment.
