Phone Caller Type: Commercial

Camera ordered from that place on sale. (509.00) Salesman called to upgrade
for $300.00 extra.(still I see no problem). But once I received an E mail
after, with a contract over the Internet requiring my signature and
approval to surrender all my rights as a consumer in the event that the
product was defective or if I tried to return the merchandise as damaged.
I cancelled the order.And the calls began from 1-3473502068

Female identified herself as calling from "Charles Norfleet's office", as if the name was familiar (which it wasn't).
This company has called numerous times, using various men's names, and they are all working for International Profit Associates. They come out and want to look at your books and try to Tell( sell you services on how to improve your profits. No thanks.
Am going to tell them to once again take us off thier phone lists.

I received this call as well and I gave all the info they requested. I also called Citi after and both online and their customer service stated that the phone call was legit and it was the Fraud Prevention Dept. The number is legit, the caller ID said Hagerstown, MD.

claimed to be some call answering service where you get paid from answering phones. they offered a website to go to 599daily.com i won't go there to find out what they are but know they are some kinda scammer.

I got a legitimate call from a coworker in the UK (London) from 412-258-1152 today. Sometimes when I get a call from the UK it says it is from 630 or 312, which is my physical location (Chicago), but my cell # is 412. I have received calls from Avon, MA where the number on the caller ID started with 312 (Chicago). These calls are always from people I know, and are all work related. I would love to know what this is all about. My carrier is AT&T. I doubt these people are calling from cell phones. I will ask next time.

The call told me I had won a free trip to cancun mexico and if I wanted more information, press 1. The call came to my mobile phone which as far as I know it is illegal for telemarketers to call such numbers.

Didn't answer, but called my cell phone.

they are supposedly from Verizon...trying to schedule a time to come to my home or office to talk about a Display ad in their book.
While it amy be legitimate - they keep calling.  Even though I said I wasnt interested - its a different person each time and each person will "take me off the calling list"
