I received a call from them claiming they were working with AT&T to lower my long distance rates because AT&T was raising my existing rates. I had just switch our company's plan to save us some money. Her name was April with Preferred Long Distance and all she wanted to do was argue with me about what service I actually have. I switched us over to the unlimited local and long distance with AT&T about 2 months ago. She said to me "Did the person that set you up on that plan tell you that you do not make enough long distance calls to qualify to be on the plan?". I asked her why she insists on arguing with me about my phone service, told her that we were not interested in anything they have to offer and hung up on her.
