Been getting messages from there on my WORK line.  Caller ID shows 216-763-2189 but the VM left says to call back 216-763-2145.  Odd, most collection agencies give an 800# to call.  They just pass that cost on to whomever they're collecting for (used to work for a company that used a collection agency and I had to hire/train the collection agency).  

Anyway, the guy that left the message didn't say who the message was for, who to call back and he stumbled over the return phone number.  Isn't that something he should just know?
