Tata said: I think this is from a company that provides automated phone calling services to the healthcare industry. For example, they might call you with a reminder that you have a doctor's appointment or that your prescription has been mailed. They (or their customers) might be having problems setting up the service, so calls are being placed without proper messages being delivered. Just a guess. See televox.com for a hint at what might be going on. In any case, I suspect it's incompetence, rather than fraud or telemarketing, that's causing all the annoyance.
