Caller purports to be a market research firm in Toronto yet the accent is definitely not Canadian and the questions about banks seems to be ferreting about your use of local banks -- couple this with a previous caling campaign about a non-existent debt and it sure smells like a scam orchestrated by one of the "bottom feeding" collection agencies of Minnesota. Lesson: don't fall for unsolicited "market research" firms, or lead them on with nonsense if you want.
