She said it wasn't a loan, I didn't have to pay taxes on it and I could use it for education, bills, buy a new car, medical bills or whatever I wanted and it did not have to be paid back. I listened because she didn't ask for any of my information. She knew my name and address. She gave me an Acceptance Approval Number of MG105 and told me I had to call another number and give them that code to claim my grant. The other number is 202-684-6555. Sooo I called that number and it says it's an invalid number. Sooo I tried to call her back at the 543-210-9876 and it told me I had a zero balance and I had to replenish my account by dialing another code. I knew all along it was a scam, but I wanted to see how far I could get with it before they asked me for personal information.

Rayell said: Didn't answer, but they left a voice mail. It just sounded like someone butt dialed me. I could hear a man's voice and a female voice talking back and forth, but couldn't understand what they were saying. It was muffled like the phone was in a purse or pocket. So weird.

He starting cursing calling me a "Mother******, Ba**** & son of a ***** and I said your mama and he hung up. Hopefully he won't call back.
Wayne said: We have yet to be able to talk to any of these idiots. It may be that when my Dutch wife answers with her accent, they just give up and disconnect. Lets send them a bucket of pig fat.

Resident said: Foreign (barely intelligible) asian accent said he worked for treasury dept. He had "special one-time offer"-that's the last thing I heard before I ended the call. I hate these thieves, why don't they try robbing someone closer to home? Maybe I'll just assume that all the poor foreigners I meet have worked at a similar job. I can hardly wait for the first opportunity to dispatch them with extreme prejudice.

lucky said: I was randomly selected to receive a $1,000 US Government grant. Tax free and never has to be paid back. All they wanted was a credit/debit card number or bank account. Seems too good to be true!
anonymous said: Received call from a woman with a thich accent advising me that I was going to be receiving a grant for $5000 and that there were 1700 people in the U.S. that qualified for this grant. She advised that I would have to use the grant for paying off bills, going back to school or anything else I wanted as long as it was not illegal. She had my name and address and birthdate. I asked her when I should expect my checkk and she said I should receive it the following week.
