''We'll certainly respect your wishes if you'd rather not get telemarketing calls from us. Apart from the federal government's Do Not Call list, we have our own lists of consumers who prefer that we don't call them. There are 2 ways to add yourself to these lists:
- You can call us at 1 800 769-2511 or visit your bank branch. If you call, we'll ask you a series of security questions, so we can make sure of your identity
- If you get a telemarketing call from us, you can ask at that time to be added to our internal do not call lists
Once your name is on our list, we have up to 31 days to comply with your request.
