Cheryl said: I get calls from this number once a day sometimes more then once a day. I also get calls from 1 416 915 7930. Everytime I call these numbers back I get an answering machine, even if they had JUST called my phone. I Have left messages asking them to stop calling me. IT will not stop. I talked to my TD branch and they said its not them calling me. I am ready to change my damn number because of this. I am from Canada, why am I getting calls from the States...
Jen C said: This number calls me several times every day. I called my phone provider to block this number but they said i need to pay $4.99 per month??!! When I picked up the call, it hung up right away. I tried to call back, it went to voice mail saying it's from TD Canada Trust and wants me to leave my info. PLEASE STOP THIS KIND OF CALL. Is there any authority to report the harassing call?
Jacquie said: I'm also getting repeated calls from this number, as well as several other 1-866 and 1-877 numbers (some are Bell trying to get me back - yeah, harassing me will do that - phht). I have all 1-8 numbers now on auto reject with message "On Do Not Call List". I have to clean out the log every day or two, but at least my phone doesn't ring for these creeps.
I wish we could sue for harassment!
Luke said: I was called by this number on Jan. 17, 2013. The lady who called me by this number 1-866-827-3752 told me that she called me from Canada Revenue Agency. She got my home address and date of birth for security check. Now I know this might be a dangerous number, because others were called from TD Bank! Take care!
Jeff said: DO not give them your info! The bank will contact you by mail or ask that you come down to a branch. Scammers will get all your info, by waving a carrot in front of you. They claim to offer Credit cards, lines of Credit, ask about your accounts. Do not give them info. If they want your info, ask to be paid. They can deposit money into your account. They are your bank afterall. Jeff
