anonymous said: Calls saying they are from US Census Bureau. Claiming that i need to do a questionnaire. I have worked with The Census and as far as i know it is every 10 years. 1990, 2000, 2010, 2020 etc. I am skeptical that this is a fraud.

Anonymous ERB said: OK, so now the Panda Antivirus/Panda Internet Security telephone scammers are calling from another number, namely 1-281-325-5615, which is a landline in Sugarland Texas, but it connects to a person with an "overseas" accent. Same callers as the 1-547-824-8963 phone scammers. They call me constantly, sometimes 5 calls an hour! Anyone know how to stop these calls, as my landline telephone provider (Bell Canada) cannot seem to stop these calls, and I would prefer not to cancel my phone number or change service providers.
Anonymous ERB said: After getting 20-30 calls a day from the 1-547-824-8963 area code saying they are Panda Antivirus for approximately the past 2 months, I am now getting constant calls from this 1-202-030-6565 number that I have not yet answered (it has a valid area code from Washington D.C., but not a valid exchange "030". I am also getting constant calls
from 1-281-325-5615 which is a landline in Sugarland Texax. Once, when I answered the "547" number, I said: "I do not have an active Panda Antivirus (I last purchased in 2008). I know you are a scam, I will not give you my info, so stop calling me", the person on the other end of the call with an "overseas" accent said: "OK, we will call you every day then"! That's when I noticed the calls increasing to 20-30 times/day, sometimes 5-6 times/hours. So, now with these 2 other added long distance numbers (area codes 547, 202, and 281), I wonder if the "Panda Scammers" are now calling from other area codes, or have passed my number to any other phone scammers. I do remember one recent call left a message threatening about unpaid taxes...Does anyone have any feedback, as I am missing my real calls from family members who call from long distance, as I have had to start ignoring the long distance ring. I would appreciate any sincere feedback. I understand the "547" area code is not a "real" code.

He told me to hold on and then the telephone hung up on me after he gave me the phone of 1-888-559-5674 to call him back and cancel at any time. I called several times and no one ever answers and it says that you can press any number and an agent will call you back. That does not happen and no one ever answers the telephone for you to speak to. This is a scam.
