xxx said: 3 pages of complaints on one web that the caller lets their cell phones ring 3 or less times & hangs up. Call is from Colorado & is a cell phone.
Only 2 people from that complaint web site state it was something about Reward Redemption.
But it's a scam because I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses.

with the phones we have today why do we have to put up with these people.
Hawaii Resident said: Got 4 calls today (12/23/16) from1-800-846-8212. Nobody identified themselves; caller ID said "Oceanic Cable WA". We don't deal with any cable company from WA, but from Hawaii. I called the number back. The recording identified themselves as Oceanic Cable and this was "a very important call." Then they proceeded to put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes, then hung up. I wasn't going to wait around and waste valuable time for a survey from these people or whatever they wanted. When I called Oceanic for a different problem, I told them about these harassing calls. They did research, got back to me and they asked if I ever lived or had any cable in Washington state. I told them No, never had; I never ever lived there nor have I ever visited that state. Not sure how these people got my number and why they're calling. Others have reported it's for a Time Warner survey.
