It's illegal in my state for a company to place soliciting phone calls to a cell phone without written permission from the cell phone holder & no business has that from me because I will not give my cell phone number out to businesses. On another web, there are 2 people complaining the caller calls multiple times to them & doesn't speak.
That makes this a scam.
