Phone Numbers Reported by just me

Caller ID says "Lib of Congress" - however Iooked it up, Library of Congress has a 707 exchange, not 521.

This number called us and said they were the "Chamber of Commerce".  Was confirming an appointment that we had with them...except we didn't have any appointment with anyone.  Knew the first names of both of us (the owners.) It's Christmas time and we're swamped...I told him I'd check on the appt. with my husband, and asked for a number to call him back.  He did not know that we have caller id.  He hesitated, then hung up on me.

When I called back, I got "IPA".  She said they have over 800 employees.  Maga Chowzan assured me she would look into the call...that she could trace it back.  I doubt I'll hear from her.

Missed a call 20 minutes to midnight. Texted and asked who it is...they answered" your future girlfriend". I texted back "uhm what?" but didn't get an answer back...

Just adding another number to the long list of 062 area codes.  As usual, unkown name.  I do hope that they update the National Do Not Call registry to include the spoofing of phone numbers.

None were given, I asked who the individual was and he stated Glen London. I took his name down for future reference.

i got a call from 3051234020 today while i was at school.

no message or anything, i have no clue who it is.

These idiots have been calling our office for 2, yes, TWO years for a person who hasn't worked here for 2, yes, TWO years to renew a "free" magazine subscription to "Plastics Molding Magazine".  Sometimes they say it's a slightly different name, Plastics Injection Magazine or simply Plastics Magazine, but nonetheless, the variety of the names makes me wonder what kind of scam this really is.  I've sent emails to magazines that have similar sounding names, inquiring if it is them who are contacting us but none respond.  How nice.

The callers, this time it was Selina Sanchez, are always dopey-sounding females that never understand anything I say to them, like when I try to explain after they ask for a production manager or engineer that we don't manufacture anything, let alone something plastic.  There's a crapload of spoofed numbers they call on, but it always seems to be the same call center with a penchant for hiring barely-bilingual hispanic women.  

I wonder how many years they will attempt to contact this guy by using the wrong number, 5, 10 years?  How many years can a joke of a telemarketing firm be open before the government decides to oh, I dunno, enforce the law?

They use FAKE phone numbers, so the chances of them actually being located in WY is as likely as the locations of all the other area codes they pretend to call from:

I received a random and rude text from 403-123-4567 and I have no idea how to find out who it is from. Any ideas??
