Phone Numbers Reported by Sandy

2nd call today - caller id says MICROTRACK - dont know who they are, no messages left - will be reporting to the do not call registry!

i got a call from that number today and i answered and it was music playing! iTS A ORLANDO NUMBER MY MOM TELLS ME AND MY DAD GOT THE SAME CALL!

Received call at 11:19 A.M. October 29th No voicemail left

THE # WAS 1-310-973-9737 AND I ANSWERED AND HEARD PEOPLE TALKING IN THE BACKGROUND LIKE A BUSINESS OR SOMETHING AND WHEN I ANSWERED THEY HUNG UP RIGHT AWAY, IT SAID IT WAS FROM A PAYPHONE? IS THIS A SCAM OR WHAT??

They called me several times.  I never answered, but I returned a call to them.  They have bought out a bunch of debt packages and are a collection agency trying to get money out of people.  I don't even owe them, but they were trying to collect from me for a citi card debt.  Ha!  Never even had one of those.

Left no message.

I got this same call, but wasn't home to answer. it showed up on my ID, but i haven't called it back and don't necessarily want to. I think that is what most of these calls want you to do is call back, so they can use the call backs as some sort of verification. i'm not taking any chances.
i try not to answer the phone when these numbers show up on my ID and too i have a phone that announces who is calling and if i don't recognize the number or there is one, i don't usually answer the phone.  
these calls are so iritating to receive and the do-not-call list doesn't really do much good, as these people randomly call again.
i try not to send any personal information over the internet if i can help to, as i sometimes give a fake telephone number just to get them off my back.

But what does he want?  This guy hasn't asked for anything beside info that is posted on our websites or ads.  It has scam written all over it but can't figure out what the premise is.
