Called about lowering all my credit cards to 6.9%. After questioning, I gave them one card number and they had to verify if it was a valid card - then the manager wyour questions. She came back and asked if it was the right number and I heard her mumble about they needed a password. Then she ask me if I had the statement in front of me. I read her the balance ( which was little)and the limit(which was STUPID). I let it go and she put me on hold again and when she came back I asked to speak to the manager. After a few seconds on hold I realized what a STUPID mistake I had made !!! Hung up and going to call citcard! Yikes!

The person called 3 times in a row and the number showed up on the last time of the caller ID. They sounded like someone who has not learned to talk or as if they were pretending to be "special needs".

they called me at work my supervisor kelly told them i cannot have calls at work from not on gave name damon lott and co name at law office of scott curothers which i know is a lie and phone # reversed back to a cell # not an actual office # they are not practicing legal procecdures at all
