This person is threatining my life and named the street that I live on

Phone Number Owner: Mike Corrigan or Billy Corrigan - uses both
Phone Number Report: Calls several times a day, asking for owner of business, then rudely hangs up. Sometimes calls and when I pick up he hangs up before I say anything. Tried to call the number back and it's no longer in service, yet he continuously calls from it, how does that work???? Decided to give him the same respect the next time he calls with a major hang up from me..........

I keep getting calls from this number on my CELL PHONE!  I don't know this number and I want the calls to stop!

Called me today on my cell, but I couldn't get it out of my pocket so I didn't get to answer.
The weird thing is... I live in Europe.

Some stupid Spanish lady was on the other side of the line. This not Cuba, so speak English!! I reported it to the Do Not Call registry.
